"Teruke" is a large pub with 120 seats. It is located on the 1st floor.

Sounkaku Grand Hotel holds the largest multi-purpose event hall among the tourist resorts in Hokkaido. It is used for sports, such as tennis, table tennis, gate-ball, volley ball, and badminton, for party, and for convention (up to 700 participants). It is also used for indoor park-golf these days, and is watched with keen interest as for indoor sports otherwise cannot play during winter. The hall is located on the 5th floor.

There is a large party hall named "Jukai no Ma." It is located on the 5th floor.

There are mini-galleries featuring Sounkyo related books, paintings and so on. Those are located on from the 4th to 8th floors.
